A Small-Group Experience for Couples Who Want to Strengthen Their Relationship
You do not have to wait until your relationship feels like it is falling apart to get support. This upcoming Gottman-based couples group is for couples who are beginning to notice communication struggles, emotional distance, recurring tension, or relationship stress — and want to build healthier patterns before things become harder to repair.

The group is designed for couples who still care, still have goodwill, and want practical tools to strengthen communication, connection, friendship, and long-term relationship health.
Who This Couples Group Is For
This group may be a good fit for married or engaged couples who are starting to recognize that something needs attention in the relationship, but who are not yet in a severe crisis or on the verge of divorce.
This may be a good fit if you...
Notice the same conversations turning into the same arguments
Feel more disconnected than you used to
Want to improve communication before resentment builds
Are married, engaged, living together or preparing for a deeper commitment
Have busy lives and need practical relationship tools that fit real life
Still value the relationship and want to strengthen it early
This group is not designed for couples who are actively on the verge of divorce, experiencing severe contempt, or needing high-conflict crisis intervention.
What You’ll Work On Together
Over four-90 minute guided sessions, couples will explore practical tools inspired by Gottman’s The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work. The focus is on helping couples build healthier relationship habits they can continue using outside of the group.
Better Communication
Learn practical ways to talk through stress, tension, and everyday challenges without falling into the same frustrating patterns.
Stronger Connection
Rebuild friendship, appreciation, and emotional closeness before distance or resentment becomes the normal rhythm of the relationship.
Proactive Support
Get help early while there is still goodwill, motivation, and room to create healthier habits together.
Why Join the Interest List Now?

Once enough eligible couples express interest, the team will follow up with next steps, including scheduling details, fit, and insurance-related information when applicable.
