Welcome! I am Zaura Amaral, a clinical intern currently enrolled in the excelled Master’s program for Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Johnson & Wales University. My journey into the counseling profession is rooted in the firm belief that true well-being encompasses the mind, body, and spirit.

By combining my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with specialized education in Holistic Health and Wellness from Lesley University, I bring a whole-person perspective to every session. I am committed to supporting you on your unique path toward healing and personal development.

Integrating Mind, Body, and Spirit

In addition to my clinical training, I hold a 200-hour YTT certification in Vinyasa Yoga. My experience as a yoga teacher deeply informs my understanding of the vital connection between physical movement, emotional processing, and mental clarity.

While I integrate this somatic awareness into my therapeutic approach, I prioritize honoring each client’s individual journey to ensure they feel safe and understood.
