Meet Brittany Grant, LCSW - Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Trauma Specialist

Welcome! I’m Brittany Grant, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 6 years of experience helping individuals and families overcome mental health challenges and build stronger, more resilient relationships. I hold a Master’s degree in Human Services Counseling with a Specialization in Addictions and Recovery from Liberty University, as well as a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from Anna Maria College. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients can heal from past trauma and develop skills to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Specialties and Approach

I specialize in working with children (ages 5-18) and adults who are dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and a range of behavioral concerns. I utilize a strength-based approach incorporating evidence-based practices such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Art Therapy, Play Therapy, and Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP Therapy). My approach helps clients explore and build on their existing strengths, empowering them to create meaningful change.

Whether I’m working with children facing behavioral challenges like ADHD and Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD) or adults dealing with complex trauma and anxiety, I believe in the importance of fostering communication, understanding, and support within families. My goal is to help clients and their loved ones reconnect, communicate more effectively, and build a strong foundation for healing.

Professional Background and Experience

I have worked in a variety of clinical settings, including in-home, outpatient, and community-based environments, supporting individuals across the lifespan. My diverse experience has equipped me to address high-risk behaviors and complex mental health issues in children, adolescents, and adults. I am passionate about providing trauma-informed care and utilizing creative, play-based interventions to support children in expressing their feelings and experiences.
