Angela Gallo received her master’s degree in Social Work from New York University, in addition to her undergraduate degree in Art Therapy.

Throughout her academic and professional career, Angela has worked in various settings with various populations. Angela began her journey as a clinician working with families and communities throughout Rhode Island, and dedicated her work to children, adolescents, and families faced with significant adversities and trauma.

Angela believes in an integrated, but mostly skill-focused clinical intervention style and incorporates positive psychology techniques to help people of all ages become empowered and autonomous. Angela has a very person-centered approach when working with clients and see’s all people as living, breathing stories that are able to be rewritten by providing the appropriate tools and coping skills to help modify or change negative behavior patterns.

This will be Angela’s first year joining Lighthouse Counseling Associates as a clinician and she could not be anymore excited to work with all of you!
