Sarah is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and certified EMDR Therapist with 10 years clinical experience, in both American and Canadian settings. She received her Master of Social Work (’14) from Wilfrid Laurier University in Ontario, Canada.

Sarah has worked with children (5+), adolescents, adults, and families in a variety of treatment settings – including residential, community-based, and outpatient. She practices from an integrative, strengths-based approach that incorporates advanced clinical training in a variety of trauma-informed, evidence-based modalities.

Sarah has special training in EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, and attachment-focused therapies. She seeks to understand the whole person – mental, emotional, physical, spiritual – and believes there is no “one size fits all” approach to therapy. Warmth, open-mindedness, and unconditional positive regard are at the forefront of Sarah’s work.  She strives to create a welcoming, supportive space for growth and healing, regardless of where individuals are on their journey.
